Operations Manager, Data Analyst
Job Duties
Provides technical support in the research and coordination of projects/assignments that cross departmental or divisional lines; acts as lead for organizational projects/assignments.
Essential Functions- Plan, schedule, and coordinate aircraft maintenance project.
- Manage resources, parts, and tool availability.
- Monitor budgets; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain project documentation.
- Report progress to management and customers; lead continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation management, or related field.
Minimum ExperienceThree (3) years in aviation maintenance or project administration.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Understanding of aircraft maintenance functions within Air Operations. Proficiency with MS Office, PM tools, strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of aviation regulations and QA processes.
Preferred Qualifications- Ability to track workforce data, training activity, attrition, and overtime trends
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional projects involving operations, training, finance, QA
- Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and
- Prepare summaries, presentations
- Track approvals, action items, and follow ups to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
