Pay Range$125,900-$212,000 (USCORE)

LocationThe position is flexible but requires travel 50-75% of the time.
The Job You Will Perform- Responsible for sales and management of a defined segment/geographic territory.
- Participates in commercial and goal setting for the segment/geography and is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plan.
- Develops alliance relationships that cause multi‑functional collaboration between account(s) and IP.
- Executes co‑developed Key Account Plans with highest priority strategic accounts.
- Provides insights for development of customer value propositions.
- Completes a selection and prioritization process to focus sales effort and engage support resources.
- Develops the Key Account Plans, securing senior management support for actions and reviewing with manager for input and approval.
- Analyzes business conditions and identifies opportunities and recommends solutions.
- Maintains knowledge of customers operational direction.
- Segments targeted accounts’ supply channels, service expectations and strategic financial requirements.
- Geographic or segment focused and the leader for major accounts.
- Responsible for one or more of the accounts in Business Units top 25% list, representing a major portion of Business Unit’s profitability.
- Assigned accounts are multi‑location and complex in nature with multi‑division needs.
- Key participant in business goal setting.
- 8 years’ experience in sales, with 5 or more years of corrugated sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with a preferred focus in Professional Sales or related business discipline.
- Thorough understanding of the corrugated industry.
- Knowledge of and compliance with local and corporate policies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to influence others effectively to accomplish tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible team player with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
