National Accounts Coordinator
Pay Rate: $57,200 – $86,800 (PL 6 – PL 8; variable pay may apply)

- Serve as a single point of contact for National Account Customers, coordinating pricing and requests, increasing profitability and enhancing customer reputation.
- Cooperate with National Account Managers, Project Managers, design organization, plant and customer teams.
- Price new business competitively, mindful of market levels, while increasing margins.
- Use plant cost estimates to perform financial analysis and cost‑saving projects.
- Manage National Account master price list including SKU, spec, and pricing.
- Execute contractual deal points, calculate rebates, and work with plants on payment terms.
- Build positive rapport and maintain effective relationships with Customers and key partners, delivering exceptional Customer Experience.
- Coordinate timely response to customer requests through cross‑functional groups.
- Capture price leakage with National Account Manager and customers.
- Prepare monthly internal and customer reports (Consolidated Sales, Pack Info, SMART).
- Complete Deal Worksheet and Price Change History per NA SOPs.
- Manage payment tracker and calculate rebates for accurate accruals/payments.
- Help root‑cause problem solving for customer issues and disputes.
- Work with all levels to meet customer expectations.
- BS degree or equivalent business experience.
- Preferred experience in Corrugated Industry, Witron & Costing.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical commercial skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influence and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
