Operations Manager
Markets, sells and plans charters of Fed Ex aircraft by individuals or private concerns.
Essential Functions- Coordinates charter activities with other Fed Ex departments to ensure efficient aircraft usage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum ExperienceSix (6) years related experience in aircraft operations which includes two (2) years experience in ramp operations or charter operations.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Strong communication skills.
Job ConditionsAbility to work all hours, seven days a week.
Significant travel required.
Preferred QualificationsThis position will close 5 PM January 13, 2026
Pay TransparencyPay: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $5662.27/month - $9342.75/month. Internal Compensation Grade
