Purpose and Scope
During before and after school hours extended learning programs, the Site Worker assists in providing age‑appropriate instruction and recreational activities for students in the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after‑school program for students in PreK – 12 at the assigned school site in an extended learning setting. The Site Worker observes student behavior and provides appropriate redirection for safety and well‑being. The Site Worker assists with instructional tasks, meal service, personal care, and related work as required.
The Site Worker complies with all applicable District policies, procedures, state and federal laws, regulations, and standards of quality and safety. The Site Worker works under the direct supervision of the ELP Site Supervisor according to set procedures.

Minimum Qualifications- Age at least 21 years
- High school diploma
- Complete at least twelve (12) hours of professional development each school year
- Preferred: childcare experience
