• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment to maintain smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, building codes, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager in commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera), and construction management software.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
