A well‑established contractor in Memphis with a strong backlog is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale structural concrete, steel, and industrial construction projects
. This is a high‑impact role with authority, support, and the ability to move quickly.

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage large structural concrete and steel building projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, owners, and subcontractors
• Drive schedule adherence and cost control on complex industrial pours

• 7+ years of experience as a PM on structural concrete and/or steel projects
• Experience with large industrial concrete pours strongly preferred
• Proven success managing multi‑million‑dollar projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
