, a leading General Contractor in the Eastern U.S., is actively seeking a qualified Superintendent with experience in multi-story and multifamily type projects. The ideal candidate will be expected to complete all phases of the construction project in the $20M - $70M range. They will manage the project from start to finish by planning, organizing, and controlling the project’s onsite duties.

They will perform safety, quality and scheduled production inspections and coordinate/supervise subcontractors and staff to meet the project requirements and expectations of the Owner and Design Team.

• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining onsite employees.
• Partners with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise, direct, and coordinate construction projects, and collaborate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Manages subcontractors by monitoring performance and compliance with subcontract terms and approving scope by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures and implementing corrective actions.
• Adheres to construction project schedule by defining scope, calculating resources, establishing standards, scheduling, and coordinating staff and subcontractors.
• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with codes, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and updating job knowledge.
• Enhances the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job requirements.

• 5-8 years of supervising all phases of ground up, multi‑story and multifamily construction projects ranging from $20M - $70M in value.
• Valid driver's license.
• SWPPP credentials.
• OSHA‑10 Certification.
