Senior Superintendent
Location: Memphis, TN
Hiring Timeline: Immediate - field leadership needed ASAP
OverviewA senior-level field leader is needed to run large structural concrete and steel jobs
, including major industrial concrete pours
. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to keep demanding projects on schedule and safe.
- Oversee daily field operations on large-scale projects
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Coordinate concrete pours, steel erection, and sequencing
- Enforce safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Serve as the primary on-site leader
- 7+ years as a Superintendent on structural concrete and steel projects
- Experience with large industrial concrete pours required
- Strong knowledge of means and methods
- Proven ability to lead large crews and complex schedules
