Overview

A senior-level field leader is needed to run large structural concrete and steel jobs, including major industrial concrete pours. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to keep demanding projects on schedule and safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on large-scale projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Coordinate concrete pours, steel erection, and sequencing
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Serve as the primary on-site leader

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Superintendent on structural concrete and steel projects
• Experience with large industrial concrete pours required
• Strong knowledge of means and methods
• Proven ability to lead large crews and complex schedules
