Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Be the face of Core Group on a major industrial project.
Core Group Resources is a workforce solutions company specializing in compliance-driven staffing for industrial, construction and offshore projects. We're looking for a bilingual Onsite Coordinator to represent us at a client job site in Memphis. This person will keep our contractor workforce onboarded, compliant and supported every day.
You’ll be the go-to person between our contractors, the client's site leadership and our home office. If you're organized, steady under pressure and comfortable on an active job site, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do- Coordinate contractor arrivals, start dates, shifts and site access with the client
- Track daily attendance and headcount, and flag staffing gaps quickly
- Make sure contractors complete orientation, badging, drug screens, background checks and safety training
- Verify and track credentials such as OSHA cards, licenses, lift certifications and TWIC cards
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on headcount, attendance and site issues
- Answer contractor questions about pay, scheduling, travel and lodging
- Build strong relationships with client site leadership and represent Core Group in safety meetings
- Handle end-of-assignment paperwork, badge returns and final timesheets
- Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2+ years in staffing, workforce coordination or site administration on construction or industrial sites (preferred)
- Working knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements; OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
- Strong organization, attention to detail and customer service skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and timekeeping or onboarding software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, wear PPE, and work extended hours or weekends as needed
