ScheduleHours: 40 hours per week, with occasional 8 hours of OT on Saturdays
Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays

Project ScopeThe Safety Supervisor will serve as the client representative for a subcontractor supporting a commercial construction project in Memphis, TN. This position will be responsible for maintaining a strong safety presence in the field while ensuring work activities are conducted in accordance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
This role requires a hands‑on safety professional who can effectively engage with craft personnel, lead safety discussions, conduct field observations, and communicate project safety performance back to the client's project management team. The Safety Supervisor will play a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance throughout the duration of the project.
Qualifications- OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 510 Certification
- Minimum 5 years of safety experience
- Previous experience as a Safety Supervisor
- Commercial construction project experience preferred
- Strong field safety presence and communication skills
- Experience leading toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Ability to work in an active construction environment
- Strong observation and hazard recognition skills
- Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections
- Reliable transportation to and from the project site
- Ability to communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and client representatives
- Serve as the on‑site safety representative for the subcontractor
- Monitor field operations for compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and observations
- Lead toolbox talks and daily safety discussions
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Document safety findings and track resolution of issues
- Support incident prevention efforts and promote safe work practices
- Communicate project safety performance and concerns to the client's project team
- Assist with implementation and enforcement of site‑specific safety requirements
- Build positive working relationships with field personnel and project leadership
