We’re looking for a Production Designer to help bring the Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Hustle, Fed Ex Forum , Grind City Media, and Grizz Gaming brands to life. This role involves producing a wide range of visual assets for digital, print, broadcast, and in‑arena platforms, collaborating closely with every business operations department to support campaigns, events, and initiatives that connect with fans and strengthen our brand presence.
This is a great opportunity to combine creativity and technical skill in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Design and manage the production of a high volume of cross‑platform creative materials efficiently, including digital marketing assets, sales flyers, media guides, pitch decks, in‑arena graphics, broadcast visuals, large‑format print pieces, and other executions as needed.
- Create within established brand guidelines and graphic standards, ensuring consistency across Grizzlies, Hustle, Fed Ex Forum , Grind City Media, and Grizz Gaming.
- Organize and maintain a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system through archiving, tagging and distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Creative Services and incorporate feedback from the Director of Creative Services to refine and elevate creative output.
- Execute creative project direction, goals and requirements as outlined by the Creative Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization.
- Adapt to event‑driven schedules, including working occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience creating graphic designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related certificate from an accredited art/technical college.
- Strong design and production skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Expertise in typesetting and page layout with a strong sense of visual hierarchy.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills, with clear written communication.
- Fluency in creating interactive PDF files.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Creative problem‑solver who works independently and takes initiative.
- Highly organized and motivated, with strong time and project management skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Commitment to understanding and supporting organizational goals, contributing to the success of the Grizzlies brand.
