Role Description

This is an on-call role for a Patient Concierge in Memphis, TN. The Patient Concierge will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing concierge services, making reservations, and serving patients and their families. The role involves excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Patient Concierge will work on-site to support patients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and assistance with their daily needs.

• Ability to work independently and on-site in Memphis, TN
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
