Invoice to Cash; CFS Representative

Overview

Join Fed Ex as a Customer Financial Services Representative. You will support the European Ship-To-Collect Team, handling cash application, invoice disputes and collections.

Support European organization and key customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of processes. Resolve anomalies and use judgment to handle issues; for complex matters, may elevate to senior team members.

• Background in Finance advantageous; mandatory Excel experience.
• Proficient in English; other languages B2 level desired.
• Attention to detail, customer orientation, analytical problem solving.
• Willingness to learn, improve, propose suggestions.
• Experience with third party auditors/customer portals, international environment helpful.
