Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support team, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to service excellence and inclusivity.

Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $12.50 to $14.00 per hour

Shift: Day and Evening Shifts

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards during all interactions

• Ability to adapt and transition across different roles within the call center as needed
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to assist and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
