Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Summary
This role requires exceptional customer service skills paired with the ability to effectively promote and sell our products. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication abilities, prior experience in sales and customer service, and solid data‑entry capabilities. Candidates should also demonstrate strong fundamental math and measurement skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to perform accurate order and data entry.
This position may occasionally support additional departments, including warehouse administrative functions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Develop expert knowledge of all products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to deliver exceptional service and build long‑term relationships.
- Accurately enter orders, work ticket information, and other required data.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed, including warehouse‑related functions.
- Ability to answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Accurate data‑entry skills.
- Strong math and measurement abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Spanish‑speaking and writing skills preferred.
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Eligible for an increase to $18/hour after 90 days
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
