• - Coordinate hotel accommodations, ground transportation, catering, and related service arrangements for pilots and flight crews worldwide.
• - Respond to last-minute changes caused by maintenance issues, crew emergencies, schedule changes, and other operational disruptions.
• - Communicate with pilots, hotels, transportation providers, catering contacts, and internal teams to confirm service details.
• - Email hotels to request room blocks, track confirmations, and follow up by phone when needed.
• - Maintain the service queue and ensure arrangements are confirmed before crew arrivals.
• - Update internal systems with booking details, service changes, and confirmations so crews have accurate and current information.
