Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN
. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $23-$27 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to type and speak on the phone simultaneously
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Experience using dual monitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound client calls while providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve general inquiries, including username and password resets and address or phone number updates
- Document call activity accurately in the company’s proprietary system while assisting clients
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints by phone, correspondence, or in person
- Research requests and problems using applicable policies, procedures, and resources
- Coordinate problem resolution with the appropriate departments
- Explain standard procedures and problem resolutions to clients
- Follow up verbally or in writing to confirm client satisfaction
- Determine the best resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
