Primary Care Physician – Memphis, TN

COMPENSATION:
Salary $270K+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We are a unique physician-led culture that provides coordinated, world‑class primary care to the most vulnerable population, moderate to low‑income seniors with complex chronic diseases. We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency.

• Compensation:
  Base $260k-$270k + Bonus
• Bonus: up to 10% of Base Salary
• Partnership:
  No Buy-in.
• 18-20 patients a day
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday work schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
• Patient Population:
  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
