As a Medical Director with Ulta Care Medical, you will be a valued leader and advocate for residents in various post-acute settings, ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:- Provide medical directorship and attending physician duties, including primary care and medical treatment for residents.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based practice, focusing on patient-centered care and optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, providing clinical support and guidance.
- Maintain responsibility for primary care services, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated medical attention.
- Annual compensation ranges from $200,000 to $450,000+, based on workload and volume.
- Monthly bonus potential, reflecting performance and contributions.
- Highly flexible schedule, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
