As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best patient outcomes. This role is vital in supporting our clients with their staffing needs and delivering top-notch medical care.

• Perform and interpret a variety of radiologic examinations
• Collaborate with medical teams to discuss imaging findings
• Provide consultations and recommendations based on imaging results
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient examinations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Stay updated with advancements in radiology practices
• Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff when necessary

• Medical degree (MD) with a specialization in Radiology
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee
• Associate level experience in a clinical radiology setting
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with various imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, etc.)
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education

Schedule:

8a-4p, 1 week per month

Overnight and weekend call shifts required

Support Staff: 2 additional interventional radiologists

Paid travel & expenses
