The Opportunity:- 100% inpatient Child and Adolescent psychiatry - no outpatient responsibilities
- Monday‑Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. - No call, no nights, no weekends - excellent work/life balance
- No call coverage
- Work closely with experienced Psychiatric PAs, Chair of Psychiatry, and Hospital based‑Psychiatry physicians
- 17 inpatient beds with children 3‑17
- Average 8‑10 patients per day
- Milieu treatment in a structured environment
- 30 minutes to Boston with easy access via commuter rail or major highways
- Peaceful small‑town living with lower home prices and more space than the city
- Top‑rated schools and a safe, family‑friendly environment
- Charming New England scenery and a strong sense of community
- This city's proximity to Boston Logan International Airport makes it easy to reach major destinations while enjoying the charm of a smaller community
