Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive space
• Oversee curriculum planning and staff coordination in compliance with regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Maintain strong relationships with the community.
• Ensure all licensing and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in early education.
• Assistant Director or Daycare Owner experience preferred
• Knowledge of Tennessee childcare regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
