4th Grade Math Teacher

Help young learners turn math into a subject they love! Cross Country Education is seeking a 4th Grade Math Teacher in Memphis, TN to deliver engaging instruction, inspire curiosity, and help every student reach their academic potential.

• Plan and deliver engaging 4th grade math instruction aligned with the school’s curriculum, standards, and individual student learning needs.
• Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement, academic growth, and a positive classroom culture.
• Use differentiated instructional strategies, assessments, and student data to identify learning needs and provide targeted intervention or enrichment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to support student achievement, leadership development, and overall success.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active Tennessee Teaching License/Certificate with the appropriate elementary education endorsement required
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred, with experience in urban or charter school settings strongly preferred
