Memphis Shelby County Schools seeks an Educational Assistant - Proximity Support to co-facilitate blended instruction and support the virtual synchronous teacher. You’ll work with students individually or in small groups, monitor progress, and communicate with the classroom teacher to optimize learning resources.
Under direct mentorship, you will distribute content, reinforce learning concepts, and help maintain an organized, productive learning environment across classroom settings.
