Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer-Sr / New Product Development Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN 38116
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Expertise in process optimization, problem solving, and compliance with industry standards.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with engineering, quality, regulatory, supply planning, procurement, and production teams.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to align objectives and address potential issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and at least 5 years’ professional work experience in new product development, product transfer in a regulated industry (Med Device preferred).
Experience with medical device manufacturing methods is highly desirable.
