Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems

Requirements Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities or engineering management, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
