SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants.

The Facility Analyst I supports facility condition assessments for clients nationwide, helping evaluate buildings, document existing conditions, identify deficiencies, and develop recommendations for future improvements.

Working alongside Senior Facility Analysts, Engineers, and Architects, you’ll gain hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building envelope, life safety, and other facility systems.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional in engineering, construction management, facilities management, HVAC, building science, or a related technical field who wants to learn how buildings operate in the real world.

Travel: Up to 75% nationwide travel is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct on-site facility assessments at schools, municipal facilities, commercial buildings, and other client sites.
  • Evaluate and document HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, security, building envelope, interiors, and site conditions.
  • Collect equipment information, photos, measurements, condition data, and asset details using digital assessment tools.
  • Identify repair, replacement, maintenance, and capital improvement needs.
  • Assist with project recommendations, descriptions, and preliminary budget estimates.
  • Update floor plans and asset location documentation.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure assessment data and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, and operations teams throughout each project.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management, facilities management, HVAC, building science, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Equivalent technical, military, building operations, or relevant hands-on experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • Basic understanding of building systems, construction, facilities, or maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in learning how building systems operate.
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, spreadsheets, and web-based software.
  • Ability to read basic floor plans, drawings, equipment labels, and technical information.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and traveling frequently.

This is a hands-on role that may involve walking large facilities, climbing stairs or ladders, and accessing mechanical rooms, rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and other building areas. Candidates should be comfortable working in active facility environments and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
