Assistant Branch Manager

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
• Grow account volume through effective customer solicitation in the branch and by telephone.
• Minimize delinquent debt through collection calls.
• Receive, track, and post all payments and fees in compliance with company policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash‑management environment.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal background and credit checks.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable automobile with liability insurance.

• Customer‑service mindset with ability to relate to a broad spectrum of people.

This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 am‑5:30 pm Monday‑Friday with some Saturday work required. Overtime may be needed on an as‑needed basis at the discretion of upper management.
