The CSR III will act as a liaison and provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The CSR III will resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing accuracy, timeliness, and processing of daily customer orders with customer service team in support of sales team.
- Review billing edit list on daily basis. Use as a tool to identify training opportunities with the CSR’s.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping while coordinating with Warehouse manager and warehouse staff.
- Oversee and reconcile inventory counts from the Logistics Coordinator on a monthly, quarterly basis and at year end. Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies. Coordinate with Inventory Analyst as needed.
- Monitors and oversees the training of all new personnel in conjunction with Operations Trainer.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Process machine, rental, and lease orders.
- Collaborate with management to identify slow moving inventory and discuss with sales team to facilitate its movement.
- Research and resolve billing issues supporting the Customer Account Specialist.
- Act on behalf of the branch manager when they are not available, coordinating with operations, sales, and service management as necessary.
- Support month and year end close processes.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma (GED or High Scholl Equivalency Certificate) required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of all branch roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- Net Suite ERP system knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Exposure to lean principles.
