In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing support to our clients during this peak period.

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer at McAdams Group, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual, business, and trust tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You'll assist clients in organizing their financial information, ensure the accuracy of all tax documents, and provide clear guidance on tax liabilities and potential refunds. Staying up to date with changes in tax laws is essential to maintaining compliance, and you'll work closely with both clients and internal wealth management teams to align tax strategies with overall financial goals, delivering a seamless and client-focused experience.

• Experience as a tax preparer with 2+ years of experience in tax return preparation.
• Proficiency in tax software and tools (e.g., Drake, Turbo Tax).
• Familiarity with current IRS regulations and tax filing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
