The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Tax Manager who loves both the numbers and the people side of tax work — someone who enjoys mentoring a team, building client relationships, and developing smart strategies that make a difference.

You’ll oversee all things tax: preparation, planning, compliance, and team leadership. This is your chance to shape the direction of our tax division and work directly with senior leadership to elevate processes, service quality, and client success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and review complex individual, corporate, and trust tax returns
• Develop forward-thinking tax strategies that help clients achieve financial goals
• Stay ahead of changing tax laws and communicate their impact clearly
• Mentor, coach, and inspire a talented team of tax professionals
• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive, personalized guidance
• Partner with leadership to streamline systems and enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• CPA or EA (active and in good standing)
• 5+ years of tax preparation and planning experience
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax codes
• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset
• Experienced in tax software (Ultra Tax, Pro Connect, etc.)
• Leadership experience preferred
