Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and monitoring of the compliance program across trading evaluation platforms
- Act as the primary compliance resource for AML / KYC, ensuring alignment with applicable standards
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to internal controls and external requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5-9+ years of compliance experience in a fintech or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of AML / KYC requirements and relevant regulations
- Familiarity with trading platforms and online financial services operations
- Experience implementing and maintaining compliance programs and internal controls
