• Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients.
• Ensure client comfort at all times.
• Assist stylists with shampooing, color, and perm application.
• Help with laundering towels and light housekeeping.
• Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by consistently delivering service and product knowledge.
• Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education, and trainings.
• Adhere to compliance regulations for all federal and state guidelines.
• Report damaged equipment to management.

• Help out with overall upkeep of salon area.
• Active listening skills with high attention to detail.
• Previous salon work experience is a plus.
