Reporting to the Salon Manager, our shampoo assistants contribute to our mission of assisting our stylist with a variety of tasks.

• Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients;
• Ensure client s comfort at all times;
• Assist stylist with shampooing, color and perm application;
• Help and launder towels and help with light housekeeping;
• Develop client relationships to retain and expand business by providing consistent delivery of service and product knowledge;
• Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings;
• Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing;
• Report damaged equipment to management.
