Chemotherapy Compounding Pharmacist (7on/7off schedule / Inpatient Pharmacy)
Location: Memphis, TN (Olive Branch, MS also available)
Schedule: 7-on/7-off, day shift
Employment type: Full-time, Associate level
Compensation: $118,000–$123,000 (Memphis) or $129,000–$135,000 (Memphis) / $61.50–$67.60 hourly (Olive Branch)
Job Summary: Provides professional pharmacy services. Reviews, interprets, monitors and dispenses medications as prescribed by physicians in accordance with professional standards and practices. As a Chemotherapy Compounding Pharmacist, responsibilities include complex medication distribution, hazardous medication compounding, and additional departmental responsibilities within the inpatient pharmacy.
- Provide medication compounding with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate dispensing and monitoring of chemotherapy agents.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
