A well-established acute care medical center in Tennessee is actively seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to oversee its Blood Bank operations. Schedule:
Day Shift Full-Time On-Site Weekday Schedule with Department Oversight

What You ll Do:

• Manage daily operations of Blood Bank services across ambulatory and inpatient settings

• Develop and implement laboratory policies and quality protocols

• Coordinate with clinical teams to support transfusion therapy and related services

• Supervise scheduling, workflow, and productivity of blood bank staff

• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory management, and operational budgets

• Utilize LIS (Laboratory Information System) tools for data tracking and performance reporting

• Support lab planning for future expansions, remodels, and new technologies

• Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor team members

• Identify and implement process improvements to maintain excellence in patient care
