Job Description
The Admin Assistant provide s clerical and general support to the assigned department . The Admin Assistant promote s the effective f low of information and manages office services in a manner that positive ly supports hospital operations in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System
Education :
High School Diploma required , Associate Degree preferred.
Experience:
Medical terminology and computer experience necessar, basic math skills, excellant typing skills,attention to detail. Advanced computer skills required. Office organization, time management and problem solving skills, diplomacy, flexibility and telephone etiquette, excellant business skills. .
Knowledge:
Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention. Skills maintaining information as highly confidential. English skills and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and files.
