Youth Villages delivers intensive in-home Multisystemic Therapy (MST) for youth ages 12 to 17 and their families. Staff work across home, school, and community settings, providing 24/7 crisis support and therapy tailored to systemic needs.
The MST Family Counselor carries a 4–5 family caseload, conducts thrice-weekly sessions, and uses MST-based methods while coordinating with caregivers to improve school performance and reduce risk of out-of-home placement.
