Senior Living Concierge - Guest Experience & Hospitality

A senior living community in Memphis is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge. You will be the first face residents and visitors see, warmly welcoming them and assisting with various tasks. Responsibilities include providing telephone coverage, solving issues presented by residents and guests, accepting and documenting delivery packages, and preparing maintenance work orders. A high school diploma and excellent communication skills are required.
