The same creators of Memphis Escape Rooms and The Adventure Museum have introduced a brand new interactive entertainment venue! Game Nite Lounge is where vibes meet variety, and fun is always on the menu.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first host to help us deliver next-level entertainment to our guests. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves games and good times, and can keep guests happy and on track – this is the job for you!

What’s A Lounge Producer?

Think of it as the ultimate party host meets behind-the-scenes MVP. You’ll be the face of the guest experience – welcoming players, keeping the lounges flowing, supporting fellow staff, and making sure the energy stays high and the rooms stay spotless.

You’ll rotate between reception, bar, and lounge areas, and serve as the go-to person to assist with ensuring operations are running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and guide guests through their Game Nite Lounge experience
  • Support team members by helping with customer flow and lounge experiences
  • Rotate between front desk, bar area, and lounges as needed
  • Open and close the lounge – including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting lounges
  • Keep an eye on guest behavior to ensure rules and respect are upheld
  • Maintain strong knowledge of games, food & beverage offerings, and general lounge operations
  • Help create a welcoming, relaxed, and fun environment for all
Skills You’ll Need:
  • Decision-Making – Making quick, informed choices to maintain efficiency.
  • Time Management – Prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Training – Assisting with onboarding new staff and ensuring continuous skill development.
  • Problem-Solving – Quickly addressing operational challenges.
  • Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of alcohol laws, health regulations, and workplace safety.
  • Technology Proficiency – Using POS systems, scheduling software, and financial tracking tools.
  • Customer Relations – Ensuring excellent guest experiences and resolving complaints.
  • Communication – Clear, professional interaction with staff and guests.
  • Sales – Encouraging higher sales while keeping service quality high.
  • Knowledge of Beverages – Familiarity with cocktails, wines, and beers.
  • Bartending Experience – Ability to step in when necessary.
  • Speed & Efficiency – Ensuring smooth bar operations, especially during peak hours.
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must be available nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
  • Must be (or become) ABC and Serv Safe certified
  • Must be available year-round
  • Must pass a background check (no felony convictions)
