- Sourcing and attracting candidates using industry contacts, databases, and social media.
- Conducting phone interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and proactively identifying future hiring needs.
- Developing expert‑level knowledge of Pro Lift Rigging Company.
- Building a strong talent pipeline and attracting the best employees.
- Screening candidate resumes and job applications.
- Following up on applications and resumes sent to branch managers.
- Making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up on interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Providing analytical and well‑documented recruiting reports to the Human Resource Manager.
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Providing monthly turnover reports to help assess staffing needs.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCETwo to five years of experience in a related field and the skills to be a self‑starting and self‑motivated recruiting professional.
