Recruiter - Tunis; fluent in German and English

Our Global Talent Acquisition team is a group of trusted advisors dedicated to hiring top-tier talent globally. We are looking for a Recruiter (fluent in German and English) based in Tunis who will partner closely with business leaders to design strategic hiring solutions, and strengthen our talent pipelines.

We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. You are a master of the "double-check," capable of managing multiple high-stakes requests simultaneously without letting a single detail slip through the cracks. Beyond your technical skills, you are a collaborative partner who is genuinely passionate about building a world-class, inclusive workforce.

• Be a Talent Advisor to the business by building positive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Full responsibility for hiring our German Customer Service Agents. Understand the market, and find effective solutions.
• Run the full lifecycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions across a range of levels and business domains including Customer Service, Marketing, Design and other functions; you will be empowered to manage day to day activity independently
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience! Manage the candidate journey ensure candidates are fully prepared and kept updated
• Work alongside team members and business partners to collaboratively co-create solutions

• Fluency in German and English
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR support functions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as an agency or supporting a high growth function or business.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with clear and concise communications skills.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience supporting sourcing skills, including assisting with passive candidate outreach and strategic networking.

• Experience recruiting for Customer Service Agents
• Experience working as part of a global team
