The Senior Recruiter manages full‑cycle recruiting across multiple regions and job families within VRC, focusing on high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. You partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, optimize processes, and deliver strong candidate pipelines that support growth, operational performance, and organizational scalability.

- Manage full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across VRC locations nationwide.
- Develop sourcing pipelines and recruiting strategies to fill positions quickly and cost‑effectively.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation to support strong hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain strong requisition momentum.
- Track recruiting progress and maintain disciplined workflow within the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates.
- Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer development, negotiation, and onboarding transition.
- Maintain compliance with company hiring standards and employment laws.
- Communicate frequently with internal partners regarding status updates, trends, and challenges.
- Proven success recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Experience managing large requisition loads and competing priorities.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Local to Memphis preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 3+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience required.
- Multi‑site experience preferred.
- Professional office setting; routine use of standard office equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required for training or company events.
- Regular interaction with internal partners across the U.S.
- Fast‑paced workflow requiring urgency, flexibility, and professionalism.
