Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across high‑volume and specialized pharmacy‑related roles. As the primary corporate recruiter on staff, this person will aid in leading and shaping all recruitment efforts including advising, collaborating, and partnering closely with the Human Resources department and hiring leaders to source, attract, and hire top‑tier talent in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment while maintaining budgetary compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in high‑volume recruiting, strong operational recruiting skills, and preferably prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and/or revenue cycle management recruitment. Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal leaders at all levels of the organization will be required. Primary

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage a full recruiting desk including requisition management, workflow organization, interview scheduling, offer development, and onboarding coordination for a diverse portfolio of roles.
  • Develop recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute custom sourcing strategies for both high‑volume hiring and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Develop and maintain long term talent pipeline, and align talent acquisition strategy with overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent mapping, passive candidate outreach, pipeline management, and referral programs.
  • Leverage multiple platforms (Linked In Recruiter, job boards, ADP Workforce Now, professional networks, etc.) to generate strong candidate flow.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; advise on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide recommendations on job design and talent strategies.
  • Deliver high‑touch communication and exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
  • Execute large‑scale recruitment efforts with strict deadlines and KPIs, while maintaining quality and speed to fill.
  • Participate in recruitment events at job fairs, universities, community/networking groups, schools etc., as needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance expected.
  • Other work‑related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Minimum Knowledge, Abilities, And Skills Required
  • 1.7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with proven success owning a full recruiting desk.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 3.3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • High‑volume recruitment experience required, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, clinical, or revenue cycle environments.
  • Strong experience recruiting for clinical and operational roles (nursing, pharmacy, revenue cycle, administrative), preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and close talent across multiple job families and seniority levels.
  • Expert in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Must be very detailed oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with various PC applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, ATS systems/recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, ADP Workforce Now).
  • Proficient with conducting behavioral and competency‑based interviews via phone, Zoom, and/or in‑person.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and improving recruiting processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Adaptable to hiring demands and organizational goals.
  • Ability to function independently and in a team environment.
