Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise‑level network and security infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure optimal network performance, security and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor other engineers and develop innovative solutions for complex networking and security challenges.
Responsibilities- Design & Implementation: Develop LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/VoIP/Firewall solutions, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Network Security: Design, configure and implement firewall, VPN, NAC solutions and implement security best practices.
- Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Resolve complex network/ security issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed network diagrams, SOPs and configuration records.
- Capacity Planning: Forecast growth and plan upgrades for hardware and software.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of network engineers and provide escalation support for complex issues.

Work with technology partners to implement business‑focused networking solutions. - Disaster Recovery: Plan and execute network redundancy and fail‑over strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and network segmentation.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto platforms.
- Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of routing/switching, SD‑WAN, WLAN, Enterprise Voice Collaboration, NGFW and VPN technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with network analysis tools.
- Certifications: CCNP, CCIE or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Network Access Control (Cisco ISE).
- Knowledge of zero‑trust framework and technologies such as SSE/SASE (Cisco Umbrella and Zscaler).
