SAP EWM Analyst

Overview

Under general supervision, position will support warehouse operations and collaborate with business stakeholders and other consultants to help design, develop, deploy and support solutions in SAP S/4

HANA and any associated bolt-ons to meet business unit needs for "Extended Warehouse Management" business processes.

• Support configuration, customization and deployment of the S/4
  
  HANA IM/EWM solution across various ATEC locations, ensuring alignment with global business process
• Provide expertise on end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, outbound, and production logistics (material staging, shop floor inventory, goods issue/receipt)
• Partner with local business stakeholders to ensure system readiness, fit-gap analysis and testing and validation of enhancements or system upgrades
• Contribute to process standardization efforts and support labeling and harmonization across sites
• Serve as the key business liaison for IM/EWM and provide day-to-day support
• Monitor daily warehouse activities via the EWM Monitor, RF transactions, and delivery queues
• Train new users on warehouse processes, mobile transactions, and exceptions handling
• Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and propose improvement ideas
• Document SOPs, quick-reference guides, and known issues with resolutions
• Familiarity with general Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report and the key integration points

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years SAP EWM experience
• Five or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture
• Experience working with relational databases
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Knowledge of current technological developments and trends in the area of expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years in SAP EWM

• Previous Master Data Management experience desired

• Candidate shows a demonstrated track record of training and education to further their skillset in the Master Data space
