The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our Shared Delivery Team (SDT)  a DPM, you will lead a team of Delivery Consultants and provide strategic advisory and project delivery to AWS enterprise customers, leveraging your IT and/or management consulting background.

• Build and manage a high‑performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and inform new feature input.
• Develop and oversee innovative, forward‑looking IT strategies for customers.
• Manage practice P&L, ensuring on‑time and within‑budget delivery of engagements.
• Drive business development initiatives and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

• 10+ years of IT consulting/management with customer‑facing roles.
• 3+ years of program or engagement management experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Knowledge of IaaS cloud computing transition challenges.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, virtualization technologies and distributed architecture.
• Experience managing and delivering large‑scale enterprise IT projects.

• Knowledge of enterprise IT management frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
• Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on‑premise technologies (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP).
• Experience with customer relationship management, especially C‑suite level engagement.
• Experience designing modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services.

Candidate must currently possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Base salary range for this position is listed below. For salaried roles, the Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and parental leave.

Colorado: $169,000 - $228,600 annually

National: $152,100 - $262,800 annually
