Fhnf Senior Devops Engineer

Description

The Senior Dev Ops Engineer will leverage expertise in Azure Dev Ops and Jira Cloud to streamline FHN Financial's development pipeline, drive infrastructure automation, and enhance cross-team collaboration.

• Design, implement, migrate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
• Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Provide assessment / recommendations on CI/CD best practices and help establish new patterns as needed
• Configure and manage Jira Cloud workflows, dashboards, and integrations
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of production environments
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
• Stay abreast of trends related to cloud services and Dev Ops tools, platforms, and procedures

• 3-5 years of experience with Azure Dev Ops, including pipelines, repos, and artifacts as well as related ADO automation processes (webhooks, service connections, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience with Jira Cloud administration and workflow configuration
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools and cloud environments
• Proficiency in scripting and/or coding languages (Power Shell, C#)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications on Windows Servers especially in relation to web applications and IIS
• Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions

• Experience with Azure cloud services and service management (Entra , Azure Monitor) or similar cloud solutions
• Experience with Atlassian suite beyond Jira (Confluence)
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools
• Knowledge of database administration and optimization
